EVENT TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Access for people under 19 is strictly forbidden.
• You’re not allowed to bring food & drinks into the festival.
• No fireworks, weapons and sharp or dangerous objects.
• Please keep the wristband intact. You will be escorted outside the festival area if lost and asked to pay for the ticket again.
• To use professional video/photo equipment, you need an agreement in writing. Please contact us.
• Always follow the instructions of our staff, security, parking and emergency services personnel.
• The ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risks and dangers incidental to the event for which the ticket is issued, whether occurring before, during, or after the event. The ticket holder voluntarily agrees that the 3 Smoked Olives Festival 2026 ticket, management, venue, and event participants are expressly released by the ticket holder from any claims arising from such causes.
• All unclaimed items at the 3 Smoked Olives Festival lost and found point will be delivered to our office in Bucharest. E-mail hi@3sof.com starting 10th of August with a description of your item(s). If we can locate the item, you can pick it up from our office. 3 Smoked Olives Festival will not be held responsible for any damage or loss to personal objects and luggage.
